If you arrive by coach, you can park it at the parking-lot at Villa Rina, in Via Riva del Grappa, between Porta Treviso and Porta Bassano. The parking-lot is spacious, free and close to the city walls and the old town.

One of our guides will pick you up and take you on a stroll through Cittadella.
You can customize your tour, depending on your requests, interests and duration of your stay.
Usually the tour lasts around 2 ½ hours and includes a visit of the Captain’s House with its fresco decorations, the famous ramparts, Tower of Malta with its viewpoint and the archeological museum, Praetorian Palace, Theatre, Cathedral and its gallery.
To conclude the guided tour you can book a tasting of typical food.
The guided tour, available in English, German, Spanish and French, costs 5€ for person included ramparts entrance ticket.

GUIDED TOUR ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Are you in Cittadella on a Saturday afternoon?Every Saturday afternoon one of our guides introduces you to the history of the town and takes you on a walk on the ramparts.
No booking is required, the guided tour starts every hour (winter hours: 2pm and 3pm, summer hours: 3pm, 4pm, 5pm) and the price is the entrance ticket to the ramparts plus 1€ per person.

Included in the ticket is a visit to the archeological museum in the tower of Malta.
The guide starts the tour every 30 minutes (in the winter period from 2 pm to 4 pm; in the summer time from 3pm to 6pm)
Price list entrance tickets to the ramparts:
Full fare: 5€
Reduced fare 3€ for: residents of Cittadella, children over 3 years up to 17 years, students, Over 65, teachers, groups of at least 10 people
Special fare: 4€ for members Touring Club Italy
Family fare: 14€ (2 adults and 2 kids)
Children under 3 years are free.
(In case of rain the ramparts are closed)

THE ACCOMPANYING

If you don’t wish to book a guided tour, you could still ask for an accompanying service at the tourist office of Cittadella.
As a matter of fact Praetorian Palace, the Theater, the Tower of Malta and the keeps can only be visited with an authorized person. This service costs 10€ per hour.
